Poutine ne rétablira pas l'entente céréalière tant que l'Occident ne répond pas à ses demandes

Le président russe, Vladimir Poutine, a déclaré lundi que l'accord sur les céréales qui permet normalement à l'Ukraine d'exporter en toute sécurité ses céréales par la mer Noire ne sera pas rétabli tant que l'Occident n'aura pas rempli ses obligations visant à faciliter les exportations agricoles russes.
