GRC: le gouvernement fédéral ordonne de réviser certaines pratiques

Le gouvernement fédéral continue de demander à la Gendarmerie royale du Canada de cesser d'utiliser deux outils de contrôle de foule très répandus dans les arsenaux des corps de police de l'ensemble du pays: les balles de caoutchouc et le gaz lacrymogène CS.
