La Cour fédérale a rejeté la demande du commissaire à la protection de la vie privée du Canada, qui lui demandait de reconnaître que Facebook avait enfreint la loi régissant l'utilisation des informations personnelles dans un dossier découlant de l'affaire Cambridge Analytica.
